This delightful stone built Grade 2 listed 19th Century Miners cottage has 3 bedrooms and is very conveniently located behind the main shopping street, Mostyn street and within 1 minute walk to the promenade, beach and Llandudno pier. Particularly suitable for families, but not groups of more than 4 adults

A very warm welcome to our beautiful stone built cottage, a much loved property in the town of Llandudno. Boasting 3 bedrooms, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed feeling, including roofed gazebo for dining alfresco and barbeque. As a self-catering cottage  you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, a freezer, washing machine and a microwave.

The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

This cottage has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep upto 6 (Max 4 adults, 2 children). The cottage is not suitable for 6 adults.

In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed

In the next bedroom, there are bunk beds.

The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.

There is 1 bathroom.

The bathroom has a toilet and sink and bath with over bath shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out by 10am.

- Smoking is not allowed.

- There is on-site parking facilities available at the rear, which must be pre-booked as there are limited spaces available and is charged at £5 per day

- Pets are allowed at the property and cats and dogs are charged @£5 per day
